Comment:
I was setting out to create as comprehensive of a classic rock mix as I could, and this is what I came up with. Some of the live stuff is amazing (if you get a chance check out the live Hendrix off of Band of Gypsys and the Van Morrison off of It's Too Late to Stop Now). There's some obvious choices on here, but in my opinion some of the best selections are the ones that weren't hit singles (Empty Pages, Loving Cup, Don't Do It). That's all I've got. I hope you enjoy!Feedback:
really awesome, two things i didn't see that i think, in my humble opinion, qualify are LA Woman, and Hey Hey My My, by doors and neil young respectively, but really awesome, its great to see something like this every so often
I remember that era and you have captured it perfectly. Nice work.
Beautiful mix. And the live Van Morrison is awesome.
every song a winner, and kudos for mixing in a few live tracks, as well as remembering the often overlooked bo diddley. sure he only had one sound, but he was good at it. :)
