Comment:

The mix that is most recently kicking my ass. It worked fine the first time, except that the tape that I used had a big ol' munch in the middle that messes up "White Love" and "Mosh". Since then, it's been played over and over again in my car and I got sick of a few of them...a lot of them, actually. I never liked that Filter song to begin with, but the remix is pretty fly. On the other hand, I still never liked that song. The Spiritiualized song is too long, Jimi Tenor gets old real fast, and so does One Dove. Now I have another stack of records waiting to be swapped in like relief pitchers, and my tape deck is crapping out. Then I get this bright idea to make another one of those hoi-polloi mixes with complex themes and flowing segues and movie soundtrack quality. Now I don't know if everything I have is good enuf, or if it'll stand the test of being played over and over again and still sounding fresh. The fact that I lifted the title from a Paula Abdul song doesn't help. Maybe I'm overthinking this whole thing, it's just a mix tape, after all, right? Maybe I'll go kill myself instead...=]'
