Great mix. About those upcoming voumes, there a million Texas songs, and you already get 100 points extra credit for Hollisters covering East Texas Pines, but I could suggest "Grand Texas," the Cajun tune that has been covered beaucoup times.
I started a Texas Mix myself a while back and dug up lots of songs. I'll never get to it so here are a few ideas for yours. Sorry there's so many but it might help.
