On July 4, 1999 a good friend of mine came from about 250 miles to visit for the week end, after a long night of drinking we went home and he burnt a CD for me of his current favorites and I returned the favor. The next AM, I still had all the songs from both CD's on my hard drive and figured that before I delete them it might be a good idea to combine them into a single, best of type thing. I'm glad I did, this is one of the most popular CD's I've ever put together. It wasn't until much later that I realized that this disc has a theme... depression. Almost every song deals with depressing, down and out situations... this was not intentional, but I think it's pretty cool that it turned out that way. Much thanx to Scott Wark.
