A little tribute to the good doctor, Anton LaVey. Recently read his biography and while I'm not necessarily a believer, it's hard to ignore the common sense approach. At any rate , an interesting man who led an interesting life. Not an easy theme to do if you are looking for positive Satanic songs, quite a few instrumentals here a few others need some explanation. Some of these artist are/where open Satanists, the most famous being Jayne Mansfield also Boyd Rice (who is in both Spell and NON), and ,I Believe, The Thrill Kill Kult. Sammy Davis Jr. apparently dabbled, That Ol' Black Magic seemed appropriate. Anton had relations with Marilynn Monroe in the 40's when he met her while he was an organist in burlesque joints and she was between jobs. The Charles Manson relation is a little more distant, Susan Atkins, Manson Familly murderer, was also in Anton's Topless Witches Revue, prior to meeting Manson,coincidentally, Sharon Tates widowed husband Roman Polanski directed Rosemarys Baby , about Satanists in which Anton starred.Marylinn Manson is conspicuous in his absence, but I must admit , I'm not a fan, Though also coincidentaly both his name sakes are featured.

Really cool mix on a great theme. Everyone knows that Satan is more fun than Jesus. That said, there seems to be a real lack of good pro-Satan music out there - maybe that means that Satanism is just as boring as most other religions. The Stones' tune might be the best of the lot. Anyway, I'm really impressed by this.
