Comment:

A few weeks back, Abigail Dice (once referred to as "the queen of AOTM") made a comment about 1 of my mixes + offered to send me a mix of Wilco tunes + some other cool stuff. It was my 1st trade, + I gratefully accepted. However, I couldn't let that offer pass without offering to make her a mix of my own (isn't that why we're all here?) So, this is the mix that is en route to her. In the end, I'm pretty satisfied. I wanted to work Tool in there somehow for some reason, though it doesn't really mesh with the rest of the mix. Preceding it with the Refreshments track was just a bad move. However, other than that, I'm content. The title + cover art (see picture below) comes from a Korean text book from my school. I was flipping through it, + I just found the quote appealing. I mean, can we EVER see behind us, no matter which way we face? +, oh my, doesn't that just sound like 1 of those late-night-on-the-back-porch-watching-the-stars sort of things someone would say? That's what I thought... Out.

Stone Roses, Matthew Good, Robbie. Yes, yes, yes. And that David Bowie song? Why don't I have it? I'll go get it.
