this mix was made for a friend of mine - a lot of the tracks are the same as "soul-coloured film", but that's because i believe in starting afresh with each mix. plus, if i like a song, it's going everywhere :p
the reason it's in the 'mixed genre' category is because of track #6 on side #2: it's a racy, strange hindi song from a (strange) movie's soundtrack.

i never got the opportunity to give it to my friend, so it's more like a "gift-never-given". i feel really sad when i think of her, and looking at this mix often makes me quite nostalgic. i wish i wish. i miss her so.
