It was incredibly tough to narrow down my self-described "best single-disc Clash compilation ever" to 80 minutes. There are many extremely painful omissions, but I'm pretty happy with the mix. The tracks are arranged in chronological order (more or less), much like the recent "Essential Clash" 2-CD compilation. I couldn't live without the individual albums, but I think I'll find myself listening to this mix quite a bit -- and, of course, giving out copies to friends to turn them onto The Clash. Yes, it's sad that I have friends who still haven't really listened to the only band that matters.Feedback:

Yeah, it'd be pretty hard to make a crappy Clash mix CD, wouldn't it?
I have to commend you on your effort here. Probably would have included "Capital Radio One", "Hateful" and maybe "This Is Radio Clash" but this is nitpicking. Still remember the days when they were the only band that mattered.
Can't see what the fuss is about. Emperors new clothes if you ask me.
Wow, you managed to get almost everything I would need. Great job. And if you really can't see what the fuss is about, I recommend giving yourself a quick kick in the ass, and listening again. Because that's just ridiculous.
Nice. My picks would be different, but there's nothing wrong with any of these choices.
