Comment:
Volume 2 is kicked off by "Planet Rock", the first hip hop song to feature synthesizers, which became an integral part of the music. A trio from Hollis, Queens, called Run DMC, made the first "new school" hip hop recording, "It's Like That/Sucker M.C.'s".
