a mix I made for a friend of mine teaching overseas next year. I tried to stay with 'America' songs with a few exceptions of songs with national titles. Not sure how happy I am with the mix, but I suppose she'll be the ultimate judge. I was tempted to throw Neil Diamond's "Coming to America" in, but I figured it wouldn't fit. I also took Depeche's Mode "Home" off for some reason I can't remember, but I think that would have fit pretty well.Feedback:
great idea, and good picks! i was definatley expecting the wilco, radiohead, but you also added some other good things I wouldn't have expected, like Oasis! very nice job.
Very well done, I must commend you on avoiding the usual "USA" picks ("Born in The USA" & "America" by Simon and Garfunkel).
