ahh yes i know it's an odd combination. here's a quick explanation (i gotta stop rhyming)
INNOCENT-self explanatory. the mix begins with me being innocent, then advances to SPIDERWEBS, which starts my voyage into hell, even though it is a happy tune. LOSING MY RELIGION...once again self explanatory. when i began questioning faith. WHAT WENT WRONG and WONDERFUL deal with my parents' divorce, WRONG WAY makes me think of the way i kept going downhill...SWEET AVENUE and THANKS THAT WAS FUN are both songs that lyrically explain how i felt during that (shitty) time of my life. I JUST THREW OUT THE LOVE OF MY DREAMS, yeah i know it's an upbeat tune, but the general idea of the song (as described in the title...) has to do with something that happened then. (could i be any more obvious?!) MY FRIENDS SUCK...this is when i started to lose a bunch of friends for no apparent reason. SHUT THE FUCK UP is a mellow tune but it's exactly how i felt...i wanted everyone to leave me alone and let me be pissed. JUMPER and BOTHER have to do with the sick depression i dealt with for a while...BRAINSTEW is when i started fucking around with drugs and drinking...DON'T SPEAK is the turning point, when i started realizing what the fuck am i doing to myself...WHERE IS THE LOVE. what a great song. that's about when i started realizing that the world sucks...but you have to deal with it...and not everything is dandy. WAITING="i've been waiting a long time for this moment to come, i'm destined for anything at all."

the moment being when i started to be happy again. this song is the wellbutrin of the cd. :)
