A penpal asked for a tape of my favorite "girly music," so I went all out on this one. She loved it, and I think it's damn good. Of course, it doesn't cover *nearly* all the amazing female singers out there (you can tell that right away: there's no Ani DiFranco), but I think it does a nice job anyway. I wish I'd scanned the cover: it was pink & very pretty. I was immensely proud of it.
