Comment:
Greasy, sweaty bar-room blues. Johnny Tolbert has the most convincing "bomp skiddy bomp" I've ever heard, & when you hear Tiny Topsy sing you just know this is a big, big "Tiny". ---- This is a 100-minute cassette because Captain Chuck likes his R&B on tape, but I'll undoubtedly pare it down to make a CD version too for those who are CD-minded -
Feedback:
Fantastic. Love the Cootie Williams picks especially.
Good job !!!!!!
Yeah! Good job! I love opening cut esp!
I am such a "cd-minded" person.....hmm.
Hot stuff, joey. Love dat greasy & sweaty skwonkin' & wailin' blues!!
Fantastic mix.
Man oh man! Between you and Franklin Onn, I"m not sure who has the more wonderful mix of the week! So many fantastic tunes here - Irma, Etta, Ruth, etc. I love it!
YEAH! Great to see an R&B mix from the master. This looks rockin'
Right-o. Another fine musically themed mix.
looks great!
nuthin' like classic r&b!! and it has to be listened to on cassette!
Finally - How convenient to do a cd? If requested, could you expand to do a double volume cd? This looks AWESOME!
I love it.
