This mix was part of a little going-away present for James, who in the past month or so has become my new favorite person. The idea of the mix was to stick to artists we mutually liked, throw on some of his favorites (Alone Down There, Turn Your Lights Down) and some of mine (Love Buzz, Destiny, etc) and to create a mix that went from rocking you to making you think to chilling you da fuck out. Some of the transitions are awesome and more or less presented themselves once I'd picked the majority of the tracks out. James is going away to school in a week to become a master chef, and I'm going to miss the little motherfu**er more than I can say. A mix ain't much, but he's the kind who can appreciate.
