Comment:

This is the 1st of 2 CDs I made for Yuka, my x-gf, when I went to visit her in Japan back in August. Though I hate to be a clichT, I was truly in love with this girl. She wasn't the 1st girl I ever loved, but she is the 1 that has stayed with me the longest, which makes me think that it was the real thing, + not that desperate puppy thing that most of us go through in our more tumultuous years. The idea behind the 1st CD was bitterness + anger, which is something that not all of the songs adhere to, I admit. However, since I was working with making 2 CDs, + using the same artists (in the same order) for both, I had to make some sacrifices in regards to flow (+ occasionally mood) for the sake of theme. All the songs, at the very least, mean a whole lot to me, + hopefully to her. The covers are simple, again, 'cause I wanted them to match. Anyways, that's it. Out.

Aw dude, do you want a hug? This one, to steal the phrase from The Verve, is a bittersweet symphony. Good to hear you're still on good terms though. Love the Cake tune. Cheers! -AF.
