I think this is the first mix I've seen that starts with the Beastie Boys and ends with Aretha Franklin. But I like both those songs so it works for me.

yes, it's very predictable, and I think that was sort of the point--to do the whole "Time Life Music Presents Sounds of the 80s" thing. I don't know. I'm just getting into the 80s.
