Comment:

Tomorrow (Dec. 30) would have been Dad's 62nd birthday. This CD is the companion to the Music For Dad mix I made back in August after Dad died. This CD represents Dad's more rocking, bluesy musical tendencies. There are a couple of songs on here he did not get the chance to hear--the Zevon and Hiatt songs--but I think he would have liked them. The title is a reference to the cover photo of the mix, which is a picture of Dad wearing sunglasses and sitting at a piano that Elvis Presley once played in a famous recording studio in Nashville.
