Comment:
Okay, when i asked the recipient was she wanted on her mix, she said she loves the Pixies and that was about it. I really don't know much about the pixies... so I put on the one Frank Black song I do know (Headache) and his cover of one of my favorite Beach Boy songs. I also put on a David Bowie cover of a Pixies song... the rest I filled with stuff that I'm digging these days. Here's a tip I got from a friend: if you're downloading stuff for a mix check out Dsico and McSleazy...they make some amazing dubs of songs like Jackson's Billie Jean over Nirvana's Smells Like Teen Spirit.
Here's my tip for you... if you put on the song from Kill Bill, chances are they'll love it. That way they don't have to go out and buy the whole Kill Bill soundtrack.

Feedback:
I love that Sam the Sham song. Where to look for someone like McSleazy, 'cause the concept sounds sweet. I think someone did a whole mix of that sort of stuff back in the day. That Nancy Sinatra track is going to be way too fucking famous after KB. Still, a dynamite song, so who's gonna complain. Solid mix all around. Out.
