Comment:
"I would keep it" was an answer to a "What would you do?" quiz that my partner gave me shortly after we fell madly in love. That's the answer we both gave to a certain question, and the phrase has grown to mean "I would keep your heart." Shortly after giving this tape to her, it got caught in the player and broke. I just recently hunted down all the songs again and "remade" it for her on CD.Feedback:
Ah, B + S; lovely! I must remember to look up "Divine Comedy" as well. Just wanted to say thanx for the feedback. I've never heard a bad word against Skunk Anansie ballads, + even if I had, I couldn't imagine why. 'Hedonism' is probably my favourite. Also, I found a cover version of 'Weak' by K's Choice, which is absolutely brilliant. Anyways, thanx again. Out.
Great. "Love Goes Home to Paris in the Spring" and "Judy and the Dream of Horses" are huge songs for me, and I'm pretty huge on TFC (and that song), in general.
Another great mix!
Aw shucks, Charlie... thanks. :)
Whatta sweet story...and the fact that you phoenix'd the tape-- that's romance. The Dusty Springfield tune is a jewel. Well done!
Awww, sweetness. I'm just getting into Teenage Fanclub - better late than never. Great work!
Yum. I love the Dusty/Etienne segway ! Well Cool.
