It's finally springtime here in NY state. And despite the distressing news at home and abroad, it's hard not to feel good about having survived another brutal winter. And what better way than to assemble a batch of tracks in heavy rotation here at Creaking Tree Manor. Killer fun!
OK, I"ll bite. Now I'm not saying that I don't understand why one would/should vote Nader - after all, my heart lies with Kucenich. However, I worry that this election will be painfully close, and a vote for Nader is, well, a vote against a semi-reasonable alternative to Bush. During the first election, I really didn't see a huge difference b/w Bush and Gore. Now that Bush has truly shown his frightening colors, I think it is of utmost importance that we do anything we can to dethrone him. Even if it means voting for John "pro-war vote, pro-Patriot act vote" Kerry. I know it's unpalatable, but it seems necessary.
You're most welcome, Ken. Hope Bush goes, but I doubt Kerry is any better. How about gore vidal for prez!
