This tape was made almost entirely because my friend Hannah draw a cartoon of me and her and I found it on the internet and really wanted to make a tape for it to act as the cover to. The title is called The Garden just because I like gardens, and aside from fields and parks, the finest place to sit in the sun and drink vodka and pink lemonade and talk about music around a stereo, as the picture of hannah and I suggests. The fact that it was late February and I was freezing cold walking in the rain to see Yo La Tengo one dark Saturday the first time I listened to this tape should probably be ignored.
