i took my friend to see the killers and stellastarr* a couple of months back. she had heard of neither band, but suffice to say we both had a cracking night. anyway, she asked me to educate her somewhat, with a mix of "this type of music". allowing for some artistic licence, this is what i delivered....jpg)

I've just discovered Stellastarr* and am loving it - I think you've made excellent selections with 'this type of music', although I may have ommitted Duran Duran.

Love this, Chris! Great New Order pick - I do indeed like all the 80s stuff you've included. Nice opening with The Rapture too - Echoes is such a good album generally so you can't go wrong there!
