Psychobilly was it as far as I was concerned for most of high school. It was the end all, be all of rock 'n' roll as far as I was concerned, and as far as things other than rock 'n' roll? I didn't have time for that at the time. It took the wildest elements of 50's rockabilly and r&b (where it all started) and mixed it without just about everything else. Eventually I moved on and my musical tastes expanded beyond psychobilly and the occassional punk and garage/surf, but this is a sample of what I thought was the shit back then. If I had any money I'd put out a Nuggets-esque comp of this stuff, but instead I gotta post the track list on here.
