Comment:

The latest effort from the Porter household. Am super-hyped about the new Sonic Youth disc coming out soon. Thanks to Curtis for hipping me to the new Gong/Acid Mothers Temple disc.

Yep, looking forward to seeing what Sonic Youth will be offering too! This looks really very, very good - great Trans Am pick, and nice to see Tortoise there too.

Cool stuff. I'm always interested in what Sonic Youth is going to do, and they always turn out something at least interesting, but I learned to stop being excited about their records until I heard them many years ago.

Looks great Shawn...unsure about Sonic Youth although I like the Goo Album but like Kim Gordon more!

Some cool stuff here (Trans, Tortoise, and "Hurry on" is very probably the best thing Hawkwind ever committed to record - and it's the opener of their debut album!). Don't know what's so exciting about SY turning out just another record which I guess sounds much like the last one - and the one before that, for that mater. And the fact that there's a NEW Gong/Acid Mothers Temple disc leaves me tremblin' with fear, to say the least . . . ;)
