I have a good friend who insists on hosting a big group of us at his house every Friday & Saturday nights during the summer. The bar in his basement is first rate, mahogony and brass fittings, a well stocked liquor cabinet and a meticulously maintained antique pool table. Not bad, eh?

However, every Saturday and Sunday morning the same big group rises early to play golf. Or rather, attempt to play golf.

This mix is for him. I attempted to keep things in the mainstream because he knows what he likes and doesn't like much else.

Here's to the Venus Fly Trap and what it holds in store for us in the Summer of 2004.

(I tried to rename the VFT, the Roach Motel but that went over thickly. Also, The Matador represents a drunken evening when we painted a life size Matador on a blank wall.)
