Comment:

For some reason, I get inspired to make last minute mixes right before I'm heading out of town for a few days. This is the companion volume to my Elvis Costello "birthday mix" I made a year ago. For the track listing of that CD, go here: http://www.artofthemix.org/FindAMix/getcontents.asp?strMixID=48261 These aren't intended to be definitive...just two volumes of my utmost faves by my #1 musical god. UPDATED JULY 16, 2005: Juggled some tracks around. Flows much better now. UPDATED SEPTEMBER 8, 2005: Well, since I finally moved "Don't Let Me Be Misunderstood (Solo Live)" to disc one, where it rightfully belongs, I threw "Temptation" in here, a favorite track that I inadvertantly forgot the first time I compiled these discs.

Fine picks, although we've debated the finer points of Elvis for quite awhile now and know that we differ on some things. :-)
