This is the first in a series of mixes for my partner -- I hadn't made her a mix in awhile, and when she presented me with a "Tainted Ladies" calander, I thought I could make some really cool CD covers out of the pictures... As you can see from the track listing, although there are certainly many tainted ladies (in one way or another) represented, the title has more to do with the cover than the actual music... This one features a 1950's housewife holding a mixing bowl with the phrase "she liked to stir things up." And what girl doesn't from time to time? Next one coming soon...
