A few nights ago my sixteen-year-old sister Allie called me; her friend was playing her a Roxy Music record (the first one, I think), and since I've always sort of been her reliable authority on good music, she wanted to know whether I liked them. I said yes, made a few recommendations, the usual. And she asked me to make her a mixtape with them, so last night I threw this together. It's mainly old pop and new wave plus compatible recent indie pop... whatever I think I can turn my sister on to (and from experience I know that Sonic Youth is never gonna happen). Title taken from "Editions of You." 90min.
