Drove across country alone in a moving van with no tape deck. These were the best songs that I heard on the radio during the drive. Before you judge - think of the long stretches in northern Ontario with no radio reception at all...Feedback:

and if you went the northern root, then your radio choices were limited to say the least..

i refuse to accept any rental that doesn't have a music-playing device. on a moving van, it's doubly important. failing that, i stick with
cbc.
northern ontario at least gives you some interesting scenery while
you're in radio silence. cutting across the prairies, you're stuck with
the same mindless drone of the same corporate country programming with
NO scenery (and hey, i grew up in saskatchewan - the checkerboard farms
can be colourful and pretty, but after a few hundred clicks ...
