I wanted to make a CD that really represented the whole "chill out" idea and would sound great both in the car and for playing while hosting a party. There is so much great music out there in this category, yet most of the ready-made comps you can buy are pretty sub par. My partner asked if I might not be able to make a nice one for her to give to a friend as a "thanks for having me over" gift. I hope they like it...Feedback:
Yeh, know what you mean about the ready made comps. I'd far rather make my own mix too; This works well, love the Thievery Corporation duo.
