R.E.M. has a b-side/cover called Java that you should check out.
It doesn't really fit with the genre of the mix but there is a very short, caffinated song by the Descendents called "Coffee Mug" that is only 34 seconds long. It could fit somewhere as it just comes out of the blue and is gone just as fast.
Check out Soul Coughing's "The Coffee Song"... It's inspired me to make a similiar mix (which I have yet to get around to making.)
