Comment:

[DISCLAIMER: this is an update to my last "we'll make a lover out of you" mix. that one has been retired and trashed. guuuuh. some bad choices were made. anyway, this is my new 'party/dancey' mix, Disc 1. (oh yes, a second disk is to follow. but that's going to take much more tweaking). any and ALL suggestions are welcome!!! PLEASE! i _really_ love all types of music (not just indie rock and post-punk), and i'm trying to make the best mix i can for this, so throw whatever you can my way. thanks!]

that said, i do like this mix so far. but any input is appreciated.

yeah pretty damn good (i would nix the nirvana, but that's just me) great go! team and gang of four. also, there are a lot of souly-dancey otis redding songs that i like better than that marvin gaye...maybe check it out.

Hey! I'm just in the middle of making a mix with those exact Bloc Party and Futureheads songs. (That Gang Of Four song, which is one of my favorite songs ever, was initially on the mix but has been removed.)

"Crystal"'s a great song, too! You put on The Go!Team as well. And "I Don't Love You", which is wonderful. Not to mention The Deadly Snakes. Yay Toronto!

oh snap, this is great. like the picks from the smiths, go! team, futureheads, bloc party, jackson 5 & new order. some random picks: annie "the greatest hit", stars "what i'm trying to say", d'angelo "untitled (how does it feel)", diana ross "love hangover", etc, etc ...
