Comment:

So this is a Christmas mix for a dear friend, sometime roommate, and definitely a comrade-in-arms in the trenches of computer graphics production. Oh, not to mention a drinking buddy par excellence ... maybe too good, but that's another mix. He works so much he barely has time to think about music, so this is kind of a time-capsule ... the John Hammond, Jr. is the newst thing on here. Lots of these cuts are favorites from our early work days ... but the Cream and the Allman Brothers are things we still listen to over a bottle of pastis or tequila or a California Zinfandel. It plays well. Hope he likes it. The title is from the Peter Gabriel ... John has a tendency to be just a little wound up ...

Just reading this play list is making me want to go out drinking with you. Especially digging the Iguanas to closing section, by which time the bottle would be largely empty, eh?
