Made for a friend of mine who teaches high school math. He was hosting a puzzle-solving event and wanted a mix CD to play at the party afterward. This was my attempt to make a mix of songs that would be appreciated by high schoolers who like solving puzzles. You know...fellow geeks. In the actual event, the solving ran long and I believe the "party" lasted about 15 minutes. But I'm still fairly fond of the mix.Feedback:

Sting was a teacher before he joined the Police and became a rocker. He said both professions are pretty much the same; you're standing in front of a room full of juvenile delinquents trying to keep them entertained.

The request sort of gave me permission to to produce a mix that was more mainstream than my usual, and I like periodically making mixes that sorta sound like they weren't made by me. The mini-theme at the end was partly a happy accident...that is, I didn't go looking for HS-themed songs, but when they turned up on CDs I wanted to use, and on great songs, it was too good to pass up.
Great mix. And yeah, the Lilys aren't really seen often enough here.
This looks like a lot of fun - perhaps you could play it at some other puzzle-related events; adult geeks enjoy a good pop tune, too.
