Comment:
this is a mix tape i was given in the early 90s from a friend back att college. he had a great collection of 60s psych, garage, 70s heavy psych and the like. the cool thing is that its a perfect mix of fuzzy guitars and weird but really groovy songs. some are low key like, "sail away" amd " I wil always see your face", others very melodramatic and driving, like "aren't you glad" and "surrounded by stars". I especially love the outro fuzz on "san fransisco girls". this tape still holds up as one of my favorite mix tapes. i think he called it " music for body and soul", which is a quite apt title. I think.Feedback:
wow, this is really good!! i was just listening to fever tree when i clicked on the link to this mix, heh. anyway, i especially love the h.p. lovecraft and misunderstood songs. i wish someone would make a mix like this for me.
There are a lot of great songs here.
Beautiful! Psychedelia is always for the body and soul, I believe.
Excellent.
