Okay, I am a beginner at this type of music. Although I enjoy all types of music, I have historically been a classic/hard rock type of guy. However, I just got sick to death of it. I still love it, but I needed a change. I got some of this stuff from CMJ New Music Monthly and the local library(which is a tremendous resource for music) most obviously the Garden State Soundtrack. I also recently picked up the new Trail Of the Dead and The Music. I like them both. Please if you look at this list and say if this guy likes this song I know he will like this, let me know. I recently turned 30, I have a 2 year old daughter and a wife, both of whom I love more than anything. A distant second is the music. It keeps me young...and sane. So please, entertain me with your thoughts.
