Comment:
Good ol' breezy, bouncy, old-time pop from the 20s, 30s & 40s (save 10, which nonetheless fits perfectly). (There's no AotM genre title to best classify this music, so I put it under "jazz" because of its relative kinship. Most of these tracks aren't, of course, jazz, per se, but "mixed genre" is so bland and unimaginative, which this music, well, isn't.)Feedback:
Just real cool stuff!
Love Jay McShann and much else. A first rate mix.
This looks fun and skillfully compiled.
Looks great, especially like the Mills Bros.
Cool!
Very nice!!
This looks wonderful. I love old time music like this. Great work.
What a fine job of melding yesterday & today . . . that's how you keep the roots alive!
Good lookin' mix once again!
This looks like great fun!
I love this kind of stuff - really cool. I'm flat-out digging this.
Fantastic! This is completely up my street and it seems like there's a lot to discover on it as well. Nice Billie Holiday pick, of course.
This is "pile" worthy!
