Notes for pedants:

The version of "Great White Buffalo" is a live recording, but not the one from "Double Live Gonzo". I don't know where it comes from, I just downloaded it one day because it was billed as The Definitive Version. And Lawdy, it was.

"Kill The King" is taken from "Rainbow On Stage" for the full-on mental effect of mixing Alice into Rainbow's curtain opening Judy Garland dialogue and then on into Ritchie Blackmore's caterwauling guitar destroying "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" before the song even starts.

The version of Karn Evil 9 comes from "Brain Salad Surgery" and not - as you might've expected - the triple live album.
