Comment:

Riddim albums are better than artists' albums because you get to hear the better tracks that never make the albums--unless the riddim is extremely popular. Here is a side of Sizzla one never gets to hear--unapologetically hardcore, no melodic roots records. Some genius riddims here, such as "Martial Arts," "Baghdad," "Hi Fever," and the Krautrock-inspired "G-String." VP Records' decision to censor profanity on its riddim albums is uncomprehensible, since it renders Sizzla's take on the "Forensic" riddim (track 14) almost unlistenable, since they weren't careful enough to just edit out the questionable language. For some reason, Sizzla almost never collaborates with anyone, either. This will fit on a 74-minute MiniDisc.
