Comment:

This was supposed to be a heartfelt/romancing mix but being the type of person I am, it came out more depressing than I anticipated. (The story of my life.) It must have been a premonition or something because this mix would ultimately be a break-up like mix because it was the final statement to a person who would never materialize into a decent human relationship for me. Yeah, so this mix is sad and emotional and all those other things you feel when hopeful events end. Now, onto the technical info of this mix. There are different versions of mixes that I'm working on as a series under the name "Sunlight Bathed the Golden Glow" which is a lyric from the Felt song on this mix. I made another in the series for a friend's birthday with vastly different tracks from this one although it it still was a little depressing. I'm posting that one soon. I used 4 tracks on this mix that I used on another which I don't really like doing but I can't deny a song's staying power when it deserves it. All of these songs I truly love and the artists are some of my favorite of all time. I'm using artwork by the artist Jeremy Blake for this series. I'm obsessed with his work and the variety of what he does with digital media and installations. It's truly captivating art! Has anyone out there heard all these songs before? I'd like to know...
