These are all tunes that make me laugh, intentionally or unintentionally. None makes me laugh more than Coward's "I Don't Care", though, for the following reason:


In 1997, my band (and three equally unfamous others) opened for one "hit" wonders Coward at TT the Bear's in Boston. Coward couldn't be bothered to sit through any of our sets, eventually showing up with their very own groupies, looking like they'd just been doing lines off a hooker's ass. Me and the other bands stormed out before Coward's set in protest and proceeded to take a leak on their tour van.


Two years later, I found Coward's Debut album/swan song at a used CD store ... for 99 cents. That's some funny shit. Hell, it might have been their lead singer who rung me out.
