Nice selection here. There are so many great songs about New York. And ending with Sinatra is always classic. Hope your friend likes it.

I ditto LSflip's word. There are a lot of NYC songs --- I personally recommen They Might Be Giants' cover of "New York City" for a friend away in the big city --- and this is a good crop. Love your Holliday-Sinatra bookends.
