Comment:

as the title says, its for the indiepop swap for June, but it's also a mix of bunch of songs I've been listening too lately. The Roundabout song is from the new british mod band, not the American band with the same name. That Purple Wizard song is real, real good too--definitely my favorite on their album (which is hit or miss). I'm not crazy about the new Dressy Bessy album, but "ringalingaling" is the one song that stands out. i'd be happy to trade if anyone is interested...

The Cuban Heels, are they from the distant past? Well, early eighties to be more precise.Love Sambassadeur,Pipas,Lucksmiths and Architecture In Helsinki. My friend's sister is the singer in Kicker.Have liked previous Dressy Bessy stuff so I'm hoping I'll disagree with you on the new LP.

thanks for your comment... the cuban heels are a new band from bristol... they have a supergrass sound to them to some extent, although the music of "garden song" reminds me a lot of the shins (but not the vocals).
