This converted a few people who hated the grateful dead. I think that after '77 they really worked hard to give themselves a much deserved bad reputation, but up until then hearing them was like sex in the summer rain (I guess...I hadn't been born yet, and I've never actually had sex in the summer rain.) Does anyone want to trade Dead mix CDs like this one?Feedback:
Some wonderful stuff here. But you need a separate mix for the blues/Pigpen side of the Dead. Even after 77 there was always at least one or two amazing high points to the shows (always good drum sets, if nothing else).
