the title comes from something that my friend staci and i do. when we randomly start dancing, it's always a "dance party [wherever we are at the time] [year]!" i always told her i'd make her a "dance party" mix, but never got around to it until now. and no, i'm not going to apologise for tracks 13, 16, and 19, because they're really damn good pop songs and you can dance to them. enjoy!
