These are all hipsters from the years right after WWII - when, I like to imagine, the mood was exultant & exuberant & there was plenty of room to spread your wings. The war was over & for a few years it might have seemed like the world had been made safe for cool cats & chicks to let the good times roll. Well, even if it wasn't like that, that's the spirit of this mix -

Looks at least as entertaining as the cover art! I know a very small number of the songs here, but the titles suggest infinite riches within. Did they ever figure out who put the benzedrine in Mrs. Murphy's Ovaltine?
