These are all hipsters from the years right after WWII - when, I like to imagine, the mood was exultant & exuberant & there was plenty of room to spread your wings. The war was over & for a few years it might have seemed like the world had been made safe for cool cats & chicks to let the good times roll. Well, even if it wasn't like that, that's the spirit of this mix -

Oh yeah, oh yeah! Loving the Lalo and Slim cuts especially, but everything I recognize is lovely & I bet the stuff I don't know is too.
