Comment:

The Introduction by Janis Joplin in Track 1 was cut, the tape start's with the clapping.

Between SinTad and Tanita should be as less space as possible, so I cutted about 3 seconds of silence at the end of "Dense Water, Deeper Down".

For Lauryn's Lion is a live-track i added some applause to Deloris and the sisters. Now it sounds like they leave the stage and Lauryn enters ;)

By the way: Lauryn played one of the main roles in Sister Act 2.

Have you heard Jeff Buckley's version of Hallelujah? I dare say it's so much better. Rufus could've done better, i think. And Hawksley Workman's "Sweet Hallalujah" is a nice little listen too. i haven't heard that Mando Diao song... but because it's on this list i want to.

i like the rufus version more. buckley is a bit to enthuastic in one or two words ;) and for my taste rufus is quite perfect. the mando diao song is from the "god knows" ep...and unfortunately i've never heard anything of hawksley workman :(

Have you ever heard the original? Leonard Cohen does it. It's a bit off, but I like it a lot better than the Wainwright version. I like the Buckley version alot better than the Wainwright version. but I will always love Rufus Wainwright for being Rufus Wainwright.

so one more time the WHY i decided to take wainwright instead of buckley or cohen. yes, i do know both versions. but cohen is a bit too much cohen for my taste, too slow, too anywhat. and buckley sounds quite like wainwright but he raises his voices once...when there`s no need to raise the voice...so wainwright is the only one, who sings it perfectly...for my taste ;)
