(GLOBAL) VILLAGE BLUES
Comment:
A mix of African blues, from various parts of that continent, with Otha Turner rounding it out to illustrate the continuum of influence of this music in North America. Whether this is blues in its "true" form is debatable (I would say "not," but it's awesome music, regardless of the label you tag it with), as there's obvious cross-pollination back and forth between continents. The mix draws upon and updates almost beyond recognition an old mix, West Eats Meet.Feedback:
Wow, this looks awesome, I'd love to hear it.
Spectacular!
Wowswer. Don't know much here, but I'm deeply fascinated. It's been a while since we traded - feel like rectifying that?
Beautiful, Edward! This is one I would love to hear. Hey, what gave you the inspiration for this mix? :-)
Excellent!

Show stopping! I'd love to trade for this ... I probably owe you something already. Sigh.
Nice one. Great opener and closer.
