The reason it's called "Old School" is that in a world of iPods and portable CD players, I'm still making cassette tapes for my Walkman. Here is a bunch of songs that help energize and motivate me when I'm doing my exercise. One side is pretty much conventional dance while the other side goes for more of an alt-rock-dance feel.
