Comment:

This has been made for my mate who wants to hear some indie stuff. Indie aye, where to start? Well basically the selection here is anything that's in anyway made it relatively big from an indie background. It's not their best, their most inspirational, their most beautiful . . . but i think as an introduction it gives a good example of the style and feel of each of the bands. It incorporates indie rock, indie pop, indie electro, lo-fi, shoegazing etc . . a good mix of all the different styles labeled under that elusive term indie. I know Jack Johnson and Ben Harper aren't so obvious chocies compared to Postal Service and co. but i think they merit inclusion. and i'm not gonna justify it. :p and LCD soundsystem's in there cause it sums up everything about music geeks. Any way enjoy and check out my previous mainstream rock one. (btw it's a two cd set not a cassette if anyone was freaking out about the running time of each side, you can sleep soundly now)

You have some really good stuff on here, especially the Sufjan and Neutral Milk Hotel songs. I think it is pretty great.
